Good product and serviceThe replacement part was slightly larger and thicker material than the original. It looks as if it should last longer than the original part. I'm very happy with the part and the service.

Good replacement baffle plate and great service.Very happy with the fit and performance of the vermiculite fire bricks and baffle plate. Prompt delivery and very helpful staff. I have done about 10 fires since replacing the parts and all is working fine.
