The fire bricks arrived very quickly. Quality is great and have fitted in the fire perfectly. It was really useful having the silicon included with the bricks and the instructions were also really helpful for someone who hasn't replaced firebricks before. Would highly recommend.

Ordered the product last week turned up a couple of days latter. well packed and protected.

Great service all round. Good price and free next day delivery.

Product was a genuine part and fitted correctly.

I ordered the firebricks and they were delivered by return of post at a much more reasonable price than I could find anywhere else online. However, I then ordered a grate plate for the same stove which I was told would be 3-5 days to deliver. I am still waiting a week later for the part. Nobody has been in touch totell me why the part is delayed. I wrote to the company and was told that they had the part on order and it would a day or so before delivery. That was last Wednesday and I still don’t have it.
