Valor Arden Fire Grate - AFS1078

Replacement fire grate for the Valor Arden multi fuel stove.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Please Note: The fire grates for these stoves are no longer being produced and are now classed as "Obsolete" as of January 2020.

In order to ensure our customers can continue to use their stoves for many years to come we have designed and manufactured our own aftermarket grates after discussions with the manufacturers.

As of 1st April 2020 the new style grate will be available from us.  The grate has been tested and approved by one of our customers and we expect to have the new grates available for purchase on or before 1st April 2020.

Below is a picture of the old style grate and new style grate.  We expect he new style grate to be an upgraded version compared to the original version.

Your old grate may have a casting number on the underside of CST076 (for identifcations purposes).  If it does this grate will fit your stove.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS GRATE IS DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED BY STOVE SPARES LTD.  IF YOU ARE A RETAILER AND ARE INTERESTED IN STOCKTING THE GRATE PLEASE CONTACT US.

Fire Brick Warranty Information:

Please note that due to the very nature of firebricks there are no warranties provided by the manufacturers.  Fire bricks are excluded from any warranties in the same way as car brake pads would be due to the many variances that can cause these parts to deteriorate.

When used correctly and carefully fire bricks can last 12 months and sometimes even longer. Please note that using the fire only a few times before the brick cracks does not mean that the brick is faulty as it may have absorbed moisture, a log may have moved during firing and hit the brick or simply been overfired.  Bricks can still be used if cracked.  As long as the crack is not over 6mm wide (Pound coin) then it will still insulate in the same way.
