There are no changes at present. We are still trading behind closed doors and we are getting orders out same day in most cases.
Following the announcement from the UK government we have made changes to the way in which we can trade.
We have reduced our staffing levels so that admin/accounting based jobs are now working safely from home.
We will be operating a closed door policy so there will be no access for the public.
Delivery drivers will be greeted outside from a distance.
We will be working behind closed doors with no more than 2 staff at any given time.
One member of staff will be located at the front of our building to handle phone calls and the other member of staff will be located at the rear of the building packaging parcels. This will ensure that there is far more than the required distance of 2 meters for safety.
We are equipped with hand sanitiser gel, disposable gloves and alarms reminding us to wash our hands every 20 mins using antibacterial liquid hand wash.
We recommend you purchase any spares you may need before any further announcements are made which may cause us to close altogether. Also with suppliers now closed stock will become harder to come by.
