Stove Spares Ltd deliveries
How will my spares be delivered?
Smaller parcels like rope seal kits etc are dispatched using a Royal Mail service and are sent via a 1st class service. Royal Mail 1st class items can be expected to be delivered within 3-5 working days from dispatch.
Larger items which includes fire bricks, fire grates and more fragile items like glass etc will be sent in a protective box using a courier service. Spare Parts sent via the courier service are packaged using recycled and or easily recyclable packaging to help protect the fragile items.
Our Couriers operates a next day service from the date of dispatch. You will be notified of the dispatch and you can track your parcel within a few hours.
Our prices for our parts and delivery are rarely beaten on price, however if you find a better quote elsewhere do not hesitate to let us know.

Which couriers do you use?
Due to the fact that courier prices are increasing all the time we try to use different couriers to take advantage of lower rates for different types of dispatch. Due to this is share our dispatches of larger/fragile items with DHL and DPD. Doing this has allowed up to keep our prices well below our industries typical standard delivery charge of £10-£15.
