Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?
No, you can check out as a quest if you wish. By creating an account makes things faster and easier should you wish to purchase again.
Which shipping providers do you use?
Depending on the item value, weight and also how fragile it is etc we will use one of the following carriers.
- - DPD - Provides full tracking with updates and 1 hour delivery slot allocated.
- - Royal Mail - Sent via standard post with average delivery times of 1-3 working days from dispatch.
How long it will take to receive the parts?
We aim to dispatch in stock items within 24 hours of receiving the order. Delivery times depend then on service provided and location.
- - DPD - Next Working day from dispatch (can be 2 days to some areas)
- - Royal Mail - We send items using Royal Mail 24 or 48 hower Royal Mail state it can take up to 3 working days.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes upon dispatching our systems will generate tracking details for orders sent with DPD. Royal Mail items will not generate a tracking link.
Can I return an order?
Yes as you can return orders up to 30 days from date of purchase. For more information check out our returns page
