LEAD TIMES:

We are currently seeing an unprecedented amount of calls and orders and as a result our teams are working to the limit to ensure orders go out as quickly and safely as possible.  This has increased our dispatch times by a small amount.

At Present the lead time for dispatch is currently as follows until updated again here:

In Stock Items (larger items): Delivery within 3-5 working days via courier.  Courier items sent on a Next day service.

In Stock Items (Rope kits etc): Collected by Royal Mail twice per week.  We advise 3-5 days due to this.  Once collected Royal mail is sent using the Royal Mail 24 service so typically arrives next day (once collected), however Royal Mail are continuing to struggle and some items are taking longer to arrive.
