Loyalty Scheme

As a thank you for your continued custom we have decided to reward your loyalty by designing our own scheme aimed at rewarding our trade customers by giving cash back on future orders.  After months of in house development we are now pleased to launch the scheme.  Here is how to get involved and start earning.

How does the Loyalty Scheme work?

There are 2 main ways of earning reward points through Stove Spares Ltd.  Here we will quickly explain them before going into greater depth a little later:

1. Purchases – Do as you would normally do! Any purchases made on our website will be rewarded with points.
2. Referrals – Here is where it gets fun! Refer friends to us and earn bonus points when they sign up.  Your friend will earn points on their purchases but even better is that you will earn points on anything they buy for their first 3 orders!

So that’s the basics of the points system.  We will now show you examples of how it works and how to access the system via your account.

Referring Friends:

Referring friends is really easy.  You will need to have a trade account that has been activated by us.  If you have signed up but not contacted us for activation your trade prices will not be active nor will you be entered into the loyalty scheme.

1.  Once activated and logged into your account simply click “MY  ACCOUNT “ at the top of the website like below:
   

   

2. Once the page loads look for the menu on the left hand side that’s says “MY REFERRALS” and click the button:
   

   

3. Now you should see your Referral Dashboard.  In here you can enter the name and email of your friend and a quick friendly message so they know why you’re sending them the invitation.
   

   

   
   Just below the send invitations button you will be able to keep track of the people you have sent invitations to and it will also advise you if they have signed up and the reward you were issued for that sign up.  (we will explain the rewards available later)
   

1. Ok so you have now sent invites to your friends and you’re well on your way to earning reward points.  Now it’s time to familiarise yourself with the rewards dashboard so you can keep an eye on your rewards balance and see where your incoming points have come from.

Checking your Rewards Balance

From within your “MY ACCOUNT” section now click on MY REWARD POINTS.

Now you should be able to see your REWARDS DASHBOARD. Here you can view your current balance as well as view your transactions history. If you have purchased items yourself it will give you the amount of points earned plus the order number and link to the order for your future reference.

 

Spending Your Rewards

Ok so you have signed up a few friends and become a bit of a hero for saving them loads of money on their purchases! You have also earned points from their sign up and from their purchases and now you need to buy some spares for yourself.  Here is where it pays off.

Using the example balance on Page 4 of 450 points let’s say we want to buy some parts for an upcoming job.  Simply search for the product(s) you require and add to the cart as you would normally do. Once added to the cart simply click to view your shopping cart.

You should now see a review of the items you want to order like below:

Now you can either choose not to use any points and wait for them to build up more or you can manually enter how many points you wish to use.  Or you can tick the box to use all points.

On this occasion I am going to use all my points.

Now your points have been converted to a discount of £22.50 off your order.

It’s worth noting that earlier it mentioned that we would earn 43 points for this purchase.  As you have redeemed your points you then only earn points on the part of the sale that you are actually paying for e.g. £20.92 so 20 points payable.  This will be mentioned at the top of the shopping basket like this:

You can now simply check out using PayPal or Card in the usual fashion.  The process can then continue for every sale you place and your friends place.

Ok so you now know how it works and you’re fired up and excited to go out in to the big bold world and smash another season with that little extra now in your pocket but want to know exactly what the points are worth and what they convert to? Of course you do so here they are!  Please note that the points are correct at time of writing and can be subject to change without notice.  We will also have promotions throughout the year which will carry increased points bonuses etc.

Basic Points structure as of 7^thAugust 2019.

Refer A Friend	Receive 200 points for sign up
Activation of Trade Account	Receive 200 points once activated
Place order via our site	Receive 1 point per £1 spent
Referred Friend places order	You receive 1 point for every £1 they spend for 1st 3 orders.
1 Reward point equates to 5p discount

Please note: Points are non-transferable.  Orders placed using rewards points will be refunded in the same way that they were paid.  For example if a £50 item is returned to which £25 of points was used and £25 of real money was used we would issue a refund of £25 less any delivery charges and we would apply the equivalent £25 on to your account in the form of the original points used.

Recap

• Earn 1 point for every £1 spent - An annual spend of £1,000 would earn you 1000 points worth £50. An annual spend of £2,500 would give you a credit of a whopping £125!
  
• Referral Bonus - Boost your points balance by inviting other people to join up and earn £10 per qualified referral. Not only will you get £10 to spend but they will also have £10 credited to their account for future purchases.
  
• Referral Spend Bonuses - Your referred friend will earn points as they spend but you will also earn points from their 1st 3 orders!
• Bonus Points - We will also be introducing limited time promotions where we will offer bonus points for certain product purchases as well as facebook and feedback related rewards.
