Bricks arrived well packaged and included a tube of silicone. All fitted and fire blazing away!

MANAGEMENT RESPONSE: Thank you for reviewing our product. I can see it was a day late however that was due to the poor weather conditions meaning bridges were closed to high sided vehicles so it meant vehicles were taking longer to get back to the depots in the evening and unfortunately missed the Hub run so was a day late.

Good product at an appropriate price. Arrived well packaged an n good condition. The courier service delivered the parcel 2 days after the initial date delivery date meaning I wasted some time waiting for it. Will use Stove Spares again but hope their courier service improves.

Unfortunately the parcel was delayed due to adverse weather conditions meaning the bridge that our couriers use to cut across the Cleddau estuary was closed to high sided vehicles so the drivers had to take alternative routes meaning it missed the Hub collection that evening.
