Home lovingArrived promptly and safely. Looks good quality, haven’t installed it yet . Hope it lasts longer than the last one I bought ( which wasn’t a Franco B part ) This looks better quality, last one only lasted 12 months , then rusted and fell apart .

Baffle plateI did my own service this time and saved myself £400. This baffle plate was clearly of a superior quality than the one I removed. It was easy to fit and the burner has never worked better.

Excellent communication/super fast deliveryI had to call the company to change my order and they were very helpful and helped me with the correct items needed for my wood burning stove. Now just waiting for the fitter to instal the item
