Having been asked by a customer to provide stove part to refurbish their fire I was pleased how easy it was to locate exactly what I needed. Everything was in stock and my order arrived a few days later (The UK was in Covid-19 lockdown at the time of ordering)
I was kept informed of the status of my order throughout and the goods were well packed.
