Ordered the Morso Rope Seal kit which arrived very quickly. When fitted, the doors would not close and when I rang Stove Spares I explained the issue to Dean and it appears I have one of the stoves that was originally supplied with a 5mm rope rather than the standard 8mm. Dean immediately sent out another 8mm rope that was slightly softer for me to try as he didn't have a 5mm rope in stock at the time; this was also too thick, so when I phoned he located some 5mm rope and sent it straight away again. Success this time - happy customer - thank you for your help Dean.
