Poor service ordered Sunday previous week and never received it , chased up on the Friday and amazingly after chasing up it was confirmed that day it would be delivered Monday and it was, pleased with it when it came.

THE ITEM SCANNED AT THE LOCAL DEPOT BUT NOT AT THE CENTRAL HUB SO WHEN THE NON DELIVERY WAS RAISED WE SENT A REPLACEMENT AND RAISED A PARCEL TRACK WITH DPD. GLAD TO HEAR ALL WAS GOOD ONCE IT ARRIVED.
