Product was very well packed (in two separate boxes) with plenty of bubble wrap. The baffle plate is very easy to fit but also has a large scope for correct placement. It might take you a few minutes to seat it correctly - and you will need to be careful not to unseat it when the fire is in use as the baffle plate can fall out of position.
