The fire brick cracks far too easily
MANAGEMENT RESPONSE:
Thank you for taking the time to review the product. Vermiculite whilst fragile is still quite robust if handled correctly. The installation is key with this brick as its very tight within the stove and if its not installed perfectly it can cause un-wanted pressure.
We supply lots of these bricks without issue so we would recommend checking the baffle to ensure its not warped etc as this could put pressure onto the bricks.
