bricks arrived on time in good condition. cut to fit made fitting easy. The fitting is quite tight but pre-cut is a must
MANAGEMENT RESPONSE: Thank you your purchase and for taking the time to review our products. Id like to stress that you should and would not need to cut the bricks to make them fit. They are quite fiddly and tight to fit but they are designed to be fitted as they come. Cutting the bricks can cause them to deteriorate quicker than they should and will cause ill fitting. We recommend that you get a Chimney Sweep in to change the bricks should you come under any difficulty as they can be tricky to fit.
