Good product at an appropriate price. Arrived well packaged an n good condition. The courier service delivered the parcel 2 days after the initial date delivery date meaning I wasted some time waiting for it. Will use Stove Spares again but hope their courier service improves.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSE: Thank you for taking the time to review our products. Unfortunately the parcel was delayed due to adverse weather conditions meaning the bridge that our couriers use to cut across the Cleddau estuary was closed to high sided vehicles so the drivers had to take alternative routes meaning it missed the Hub collection that evening.
