I didn't even realise the ash pan was missing when we first moved in! It was only when the grate broke & I searched for one that this firm "also recommend" an ash pan. Bit of a relevation! Makes clearing out the fire sooooo much easier & airflow has improved tenfold when needed. Very competitive prices, excellent comms & professional service. Thanks!
